  Being as a Trainer in Dr. Reddy's Foundation is a great opportunity to work towards skill development of people who are in great need of skill shift. Aspirants(candidates) to whom I will be training on Soft skills along with Communication skills, communicative English, interview skills, Grooming standards, aptitude and Digital literacy as per present scenario in day-to-day life. Introducing these modules and making them to be ready for professional life after training is everyday with new challenge and am always ready to take it for my effective facilitation. After training I need to connect with multiple companies in the market who are ready to take aspirants as freshers(entry level job) as per their qualifications. And i was successful in giving training to 60 aspirants(Batch wise) till date and made them to get placed in different jobs sectors.
