Built and scaled scientific data platform for all experimental data: - Multi-modal, multi-TiB data store (microscopy images / video / numerical sensor data) - Unified access, analytic and visualization layer built above data lake - Apache parquet - Jupyter - sci-python - Dash (Plotly) - Nextcloud - MySQL 2.
