      Discovery/Analysis of the platform (On premise or Online) for Macmillan’s Intranet that best suits organisation’s long term goals and compatibility with other systems while keeping budget, policies and roadmap of the organisation in mind. Led company’s intranet project as the solutions/technical architect. Project was developed together with a consultancy agency called ‘Concentra Consulting’. Worked very closely with Macmillan’s project team and Concentra team during all the phases of the project i.e. discovery, design, development and deployment in UAT environment. Liaised with business and an internal BA to find out the in-depth requirement for intranet project and designed a user friendly and effective site with Concentra’s architect by following the SharePoint best practices. Configured SharePoint Online environment, Yammer app, Delve, Office GraphDesigned a system for data-analysis team to capture data from users in different departments. The data is gathered using InfoPath forms which is then exported to a SQL database (dedicated to data analysis team) through SSIS. Designed and implemented Extranet on SharePoint 2010 which is heavily being used to share information with company’s partner Boots and other external users i.e. NHS and others.Designed and developed a repository called Evidence Portal which allows users to store research and evidence and share it across the organisation. As Evidence and R&I departments produce a lot of evidence outputs, there was a requirement to have a centralised and searchable repository to store these evidences which would support the rest of organisation to make better decisions for the benefit of people affected by cancer.       Designed, developed and implemented the Help Desk System on SharePoint 2010 for 91 locations of the company. Issues were logged by the sites and were forwarded to the relevant department in the head office depending on the selection made by the site. Cost centre and location name were retrieved using a custom site column. A custom filter web part was also created to filter issue logs by location. Proposed, designed, developed and implemented a complete HR System using web forms that work as the replacement of Sage HR System. The system had the ability to talk to company’s Sage Payroll System hence keeping the data replicated for all the systems. Proposed, designed and implemented a comprehensive Daily Attendance System that works together with Sage Payroll. The system gets work hours’ entries from 91 sites according to the allocated budget and works for approximately 750 staff members. Provides full control to management to monitor the attendance of staff. The data is finally exported into Sage Payroll at the end of the month with the click of a button. Electronic payslips are generated and distributed to the site. Designed, developed and implemented company’s intranet. Proposed, designed and implemented a comprehensive Holiday Request & Approval System that worked at 91 sites. Provided centralised control of approximately 750 staff members’ holidays. The system also synchronised holiday data with Sage Payroll. Redesigned the company’s current Sites Sales and Purchase Entry System in .NET technology. Proposed, designed and implemented a utility (Process) to validate the supplier’s invoices (approximately 2000 invoices per week) electronically. It updated the new prices in the database, updated new supplier items and generated log for each activity greatly reducing staff costs.
