I was instrumental in opening the newest Olive Garden in Jacksonville. In a period of less than 120 days I have been honored with the position of Certified Trainer. This was in recognition of my attitude, teamwork and passion for doing the job right. The Olive Garden standard is 100% Guest Delight, another award that I received for representing that philosophy, as well as receiving several other awards and recommendation from my General Manager and my District Manager. In 2004 I was responsible for the growth of the Offsite Contracting Division of our location to average $500K a year in gross sales.
