I had the fascinating chance to explore the vibrant world of financial and investment markets during my internship. The internship's main goal was to give me a solid education and practical experience in a variety of investing and portfolio management topics. I started out by learning about the financial and investing markets, their complexities, and how they worked. Then, I educated myself on key principles of investing, including those pertaining to mutual funds, NPS, FDs, tax-saving programs, and other investment opportunities accessible to both people and corporations. My internship included a large amount of research into risk management and portfolio management techniques. I gained knowledge on how to efficiently create and manage investment portfolios while taking my risk tolerance, financial objectives, and market conditions into account. Additionally, the internship exposed me to various investment plans and golden rules, which helped me better understand the fundamental ideas that underpin wise investing decisions. I created my own Investment Plan (IPS) as part of my practical training, utilizing the concepts and know-how I had gained through the internship. I also had the opportunity to investigate methods of stock selection and gain a grasp of the standards by which potential investment possibilities are assessed and chosen. Throughout the internship, there were instructive workshops on financial industry careers, which gave helpful advice and exposure to a variety of career choices. I was given a tracking panel toward the end of the internship, where I managed a number of teams and evaluated their performance after the internship period had ended while also keeping track of the effectiveness of my campaigns.
