  My responsibilities would be to interact with the clients and get the job orders. Follow up with the clients in order to understand the requirements thoroughly. Sourcing out the best profiles that match up to the job requirement from different sourcing tools like LinkedIN, Monster, Dice etc.,To contact the candidates who have the skill sets that a particular job requires and introducing them the opportunity to them. Making them available to apply for that opportunity by giving all the details about the job. Following up with client and the candidates during the interview process and until they accept the offer.
