- Review and develop training modules for nurses, midwives and doctors on use of management of respiratory distresses using medical oxygen and Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) in addition to existing mechanisms. - Landscaping of CPAP technology in various Rwandan hospitals and shared the findings with the Ministry of Health (MoH) and various partners in order advocate for more CPAP machines for rural hospitals - Monthly clinical mentorship of clinicians from 15 hospitals - where we trained more than 160 clinicians with 60 being trained as CPAP instructors, ETAT+ and IMCI trainers in their respective hospitals, and collect & analyze monitoring & evaluation forms of our CPAP. - Provide clinical to mentorship to 112 health centers from all districts covered by health builders and support health management advisors based in various districts to conduct mentorship to health centers on six building blocks of a health system. - Design and produce tools that respond to gaps identified the management performance surveys done on quarterly basis in all health centers covered by Health Builders. - Support health management and oxygen teams in their daily activities: Capacity building of health professionals working in primary Healthcare facilities to effectively manage them. - Developed the pharmacy curriculum, tools, and training module for health centers on the effective management of health commodities - pharmacy logistics - Supported the development of quality of service domain and its piloting in 5 health centers. - I developed several tools, guidelines and job aids that could assist healthcare providers in the management of various cases. - Conduct management performance surveys in 8 districts supported by Health Builders, 1 quality of service survey in 14 health centers and provide recommendations to responsible leadership. - Prepared and managed all logistics for various trainings and coordinated all stakeholders quarterly coordination meetings.
