Adaptable, capable, and trustworthy are all things I think of when I think of Tanner. I managed Tanner on the newly formed Payments team at Drizly and he quickly established himself as a leader on the team, taking ownership over the product and proactively identified areas of improvement that contributed to a double digit percent drop in checkout errors in 2022. He helped bring the team with him too, establishing a culture of checking our core metrics regularly, walking through investigations, and making improvements to our dashboards whenever we discovered gaps or unintuitive visualizations. The whole team was made better for it, and I'd hire Tanner again in a second if I had a chance.
