Customer interaction: Working closely with parents and stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure satisfaction with our courses and products. Services: providing excellent teaching sessions such as IELTS and Cambridge Unlock lessons for students aged 7+. Project coordination: Responsible for planning and organising various courses in our training centre. This includes a pen pals project which involves pitching ideas to the academic and sales teams, planning and organising workshops, as well as budgeting. Leadership: Supporting team members by delivering training sessions which have helped to improve teaching quality and in turn boosted student retention rates.

- Product creation and implementation: brainstormed and created a demo class in a team, which was then implemented through training sessions. This led to increased sign-ups to our courses within our centre, which then was outreached to other training centres across China. - Quality material delivery: teaching courses and demo classes to a high standard, which in turn led to parents wishing to choose my classes for their students. - Event management: organised summer and winter on-campus activities, which involved birthday parties, sporting events, and holiday festivities. This helped me to further develop my budgeting skills, inter-departmental communication, and project delivery to a high standard which in turn led to increased income for the company.
