It was my great pleasure to have worked with Aswini Sahoo at the time Salam Watandar was first established as a satellite based network of independent radio stations. The concept of the national radio network broke new ground in Afghanistan. Aswini’s task as Business Development Manager was even more daunting, that of making the network a viable and sustainable entity. As a result of those efforts Salam Watandar has grown from just over 40 affiliates to 70 and managed to make the difficult transition from NGO funded project to self-sufficient organization. Along the way of realizing a successful business model for the network Aswini managed to develop a team that could carry on the work after his departure. The continued success of Salam Watandar is a monument to the strategy and dedicated efforts of Aswini Sahoo.

Aswini is one of the hardest working, dedicated individuals I have ever met. From the first task I gave him, he was eager to hit the ground running and still strives for excellence and prove himself with each project. He is a direct individual, who will say what he believes is right in that scenario, but works with all to find a happy middle.

CricDost is a friend who brings cricket players together to play matches and build friendships on the playing field. CricDost doesn't just help you in finding people to play with, it also allows you to create teams, connect with different groups, create matches, fix venues, keep scores and much more. In India, cricket is much more than just a sport. For most of us, it is a religion. Playing cricket involves a team and in this digital age, it can be rather difficult to look for other like-minded players in your area. Cric Dost aims to be the friend who helps in bringing people together to play the game we all love. With Cric Dost, you can find cricket players near you, create a profile, create a team, host matches and most importantly play more cricket. Show less
