Bio
Dr. Kenya Dugger Ed.D, MS-HRM(He, Him)
I am honored and pleased to have the privilege to write a letter of recommendation for Asuka. Asuka is diligent and caring, bringing her lived experience to all her decision-making opportunities. She motivates others around her and leads with empathy while providing purpose, motivation, and directions to peers and subordinates alike. Asuka's knowledge, skills, and attributes are keenly developed beyond her early years. Undoubtedly, she will continue to excel in all endeavors and be a force multiplier wherever organizations she chooses to align herself with. I unequivocally offer my strongest recommendation based on my experience working with her and overseeing her professional development.

I had the pleasure of supervising Asuka this summer at Chemonics International in our Office of DEI. She served as our 2023 summer intern and she was exceptional to work with. Asuka brings a special light and enthusiasm to whatever space she’s in. She is dedicated to see her team succeed and is always willing to extend a helping hand wherever needed. Asuka has done a great job at building connections across Chemonics and is very passionate about the international development space. Her personal background and experiences since coming to the US made her the perfect fit to assist in driving our pending Global DEI efforts. I am excited to see the great things that Asuka will do as she finishes out her master’s program and begins her long term career path. I look forward to supporting her successes and endeavors along the way.
