  Within this function, I was responsible for coordination of custom-made studies (e.g. Development and validation of methods for in-process control and release) at external contract laboratory (ECL). As a outsource coordinator I was the single point of contact between ECL and internal communication between SME, scientists, manager and other stakeholders. Kept the contracts (MSA, CDA, SLA) and protocols/SOPs of the ECL up to date. I had regular conference calls and half yearly technical visits to maintain the relationship with the ECL and worked together on improvements.
