Selectcamp is a growing organization, but they did not exactly know what the attractive aspects were. However, this is important to know, to satisfy the customers. Starting with a lot of primary sources: questionnaires from the campsites, business plans, developments, trends and of course complaints. After I designed a new questionnaire to get more information from the customers to compare. Also I did interviews with different kinds of staff and visited campsites. As expected most customers were satisfied, but there were differences about why the customer choose for Selectcamp. Show less
