I had the opportunity to coach Astrid Dardari within an internship at P&G France SAS occurring in 2015 on Duracell operational management and wanted to share my recommendation following her great work. I acknowledge Astrid’s great job over the internship showing strong capacities in key marketing skills: I believe she is in touch with the category she is working on, being able to understand competitive landscape & consumer behavior very quickly, then leveraging her observation to build powerful marketing plans. I see in Astrid the ability to manage project from conception to execution, working with a great collaboration spirit with all her counterparts, either internal or external. Finally, Astrid also showed a strong capacity to analyze a situation, either from a consumer point of view or from a database and then to drive recommendation on in-store execution, line up and pricing strategy etc. Based on these few strengths but also on the entire great job I was able to see, I would recommend Astrid for a marketing position.
