I have worked with Astoria for three years and she is extremely team and goal oriented. We implemented a new wristband and label solution which received some hesitancy from her staff however she remained steadfast. She worked with her team to become comfortable with the new process and at the end of the three week pilot they loved the new system. Astoria's leadership saved her department quite a few budget dollars and hours of admin work. Now they have more time to spend with their patients.
