Here I have completed my two years of fellowship with the following task at hand: 1. Lead 33 students of 4th and 5th grade in a low income private school, Shahdara. 2. Administered multilevel assessments and analysed the data to gauge the growth and strategise next action steps. 3. Created monthly and daily plans aligned with long term academic and behavioural plan devised at the beginning of the year. 4. Executed differentiated and integrated lessons and practices to cater to all academic levels in the classroom. 5. Explored various external opportunities for students like Design for Change, Khel Khel Mein, School Enterprise Challenge, National Math and Science Olympiad and trained them for competetions like Essay Writing, Debates, Dance, Street Play, Quizzing etc... 6. Raised funds through online campaigns on sites, like GiveIndia or Kemo, to procure various learning aids. 7. Collaborated with school staff, parents, community members, colleagues and various external members to create a platform that provides access and exposure to students and a better set of values and mindsets.
