      My time at Beacon Hall is where I credit the most for my development as an individual. I learned simple but extremely valuable life lessons during my 8 summers there including hard work, self-confidence, communication skills, networking opportunities, etc. This all came from interacting with the elite membership and playing golf with other passionate golfers. At Beacon Hall, I was a part of an amazing caddy program called the Phil Hardy Scholarship Program that gives back to the community of Aurora. The program has an application process where caddies at Beacon Hall can apply to receive a scholarship grant towards their post-secondary education. Reports included: direct mail lists, move in/out report, acceptor/rejecter lists for market research. • Managed the Daily Sales Report (DSR). Automated the submitting process to increase efficiencies. Saved upwards of 30 minutes a day for each community filling out & submitting their DSR. • Built marketing request form on company’s Intranet. Centralizing all request from 30 communities in one place for better tracking. Saved 3 to 5 business days in completing each request. • Google Analytics reports tracking website usage/patterns. Insight help launch 25 brand new websites. • Created media budget module, model to select new media buyer.
