Bio
John Anderson
I had the pleasure of working with Aitor for six years at Crucial Visual Communications, we collaborated on many projects together. I was always impressed with how he tackled a project. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency, always striving to expand his skill-set. He was able to tackle any project that was given to him, and the projects were delivered to a high quality. Aitor will be missed from the team, it was great working him, he will be an asset to any production.

I worked with Aitor from when he first started at Crucial Visual Communications, for the 6 years up until he decided to move on. We produce linear content for an increasingly varied client base. I was able to oversee and watch Aitor’s progression throughout the years. Working on a broad range of projects and tasks for the company, Aitor quickly showed his abilities with 3D modelling, texturing and animation, and in latter years, being able to take on full projects from start to finish. He is an advanced user of Substance Painter, Blender and Unreal Engine, to name a few, allowing him to create fantastically detailed, inexpensive and production ready models. Aitor contributed a huge amount to the team, always striving for an optimised workflow and a clean and concise project setup. Technical issues within the team were regularly solved with Aitor’s vast knowledge and suggestions. He is always keen to learn and help others when problem arose, as well as spending a lot of personal time watching tutorials and contributing to community forums. Aitor is a highly skilled individual, quick to learn and happy to complete any task given. He was a valued member of the team and an incredibly nice and genuine person. He will be greatly missed and I feel that wherever he moves to, he will be a great addition. I wish him all the best for his future career.
