I had a privilege to work with Asmaa for a year at Loblaw Company Limited, where she was an intern. During her tenure at Loblaw, Asmaa showed initiative in every project in our department and went beyond and above. She was working on consolidating our documentation maintaining department's Share Point site and project management for some of project where we worked together. She was also involved in technical migrations from one platform to another although IT is not her primary area of study. Asmaa is very quick learner and no matter what the challenge is she will show initiative and make sure that project is done on time and appropriate documentation will be available. She also has outstanding personality, and gets along very well with anyone. This is the reason that I said that it is privilege to work with such an individual. If she is available at this moment I would definitely ask my immediate manager to hire her full time
