Asmaa was well known among her colleagues for her critical eye and the one with the highest record for the most critical functional issues. Regarding her ownership and proactivity, she was the first among the team to use her skills and business knowledge to kick-off the first trial and proof of concept to introduce automation within the app which was fairly complex and legacy at the time.
