  I was very interested in working in a school and wanted to have this experience. I started in April 2017 while I had a baby and completed the in-service courses online that was approved by the education and training system. . And with the documents I had, I went looking for schools seeking labor. Coincidentally, I had taken a course called "Pirls" meaning the development of reading literacy. Pirls is an international test to measure students' reading comprehension, held every 4 years, and Iranian students score very little on this test. One of the directors, who was looking for a teacher for this course and had seen my resume, called me and invited me to cooperate. I started working in Mehr and participated in all school activities. After two months, they offered me the position of deputy, and during these two years, I was both Perls' coach and deputy. With the arrival of the corona disease and the change in the nature and methods of teaching, I started and at first taught the teachers of our own school and then the teachers of the district to produce educational content. And so it happened that I decided to change my career path and despite the management's objections, I left the school. Show less
