I am currently working as a Programme Manager, working with multiple teams in research and development on synthetic voice generation using AI. I am also the ScrumMaster for this multi-disciplinary scrum team, which I formed and guided on Agile Methodologies after my initial onboarding. I also do internal and external reporting, continuously working with the customers and the tech team. I take part in strategic decisions and in optimizing the product to customer needs, as well as prioritization of opportunities and potential ways the product can derive. I started as a Business Analyst for internal IT demands. I was promoted to ScrumMaster on my 2nd month at the job and worked as one until the end. I also worked as one of the two Project Management Officers for S4BUS Project (SAP S4HANA implementation project with 200+ members for manufacturing facilities in Poland, Turkey, and Germany). I was mentored to be a Project Manager for 4 months and solely took on Portfolio Management for IT projects as of my 6th month in the company. I started as a Business Analyst for internal IT demands.
