  In this role, I am a resident assistant in Larsen Hall and help guide 10 undergraduate students with various needs. I organize monthly programs that promote wellness, social activity, and other various parts of self-care. In addition, I collaborate with other resident assistants to ensure that the atmosphere on our floor is positive and accepting of all students.   In this role, I help students with creating and revising resumes through offering them feedback and other resources that the Career Center has to help them grow and gain knowledge in the realm of resumes. I also collaborate with other team members to work on various projects, whether it is connecting with Luther alumni or revising guides and information booklets that the Career Center has to help the information be more relevant and applicable to our current student body. I also participate in a weekly development meeting that is structured to have the team learn more about Clifton Strengths, TRUMotivate, or LinkedIn resources that we can use to further help our peers grow in their own career development.
