  Control the compliance with requirement of industrial safety during construction of production facilities, including hazardous operations. Ensure that the work permits are issued for the work to be performed in operating electrical equipment; ensure that the electrical safety documentation, logs, permits, and manuals are prepared in a proper manner. Conduct quality control checks aimed at safety knowledge assessment and permits for Contractor’s individual performance. Conduct checks that confirm that all necessary briefings for all contractor’s personnel working at CPC sites and inductions for CPC staff are conducted; Conduct road vehicle and equipment safety checks in accordance with legislations and CPC transport safety standards; Keep records of occupational incidents and injuries at construction sites provide advice on categorization of injuries; Arrange and participate in investigation of injuries and their root causes together with Contractor, and develop injury prevention plans; Control the implementation of occupational safety action plans at Expansion Project facilities; Control and coordinate the implementation of CPC and Contractor’s civil defense and emergency response plans; Control the compliance by Contractor with incident\ emergency prevention requirements; Clear-out and true reports on incidents, road accidents, occupational injuries, emergencies and environmental damage construction and production sites inspection reports as may be requested; Contribution to monthly HSE data reports; Participate in the drafting of HSE (civil defense, emergency response and HSE regulations) Ensure Contractor’s production units are provided with HSE instructions, posters and visual aids to maintain a proactive visibility of safety and maintain all HSE notice board information to ensure current; Show less
