  I am in a position of Site Document Control administrator. I am in charge of all Site documentation ( this includes: Delays, Jobcard's, Drawings, Diaries of the days progress, and any relevant documents for the direct production of the company.) The drawings reside by me any revisions or red-line drawings is kept and requested by desk, all communications with the client regarding drawing changes ex goes through my desk. Material requisitions are kept in my offices after the Manufacturing Stores made the necessary material. All Documents that must be transmitted to the client must be archived and the hard copy stored as well as the correct communications procedure must be taken. #3week look a heads and plans is available by me- to ensure the work force meet their targets.   Worked on Kusile and all Transnet projects. This was the 2 biggest clients of the company at that point in time.I was part from the start, from drawings right through to cutting of all items and up until site inspections(QC) I maintained all Job cards created and every drawings validity date - inclueding the archiving of the files and drawings. .
