Bolt is the leading European mobility platform with a focus on making urban travel more affordable, convenient and environmentally responsible. In Bolt I worked as an Operation Specialist within micromobility of e-scooters and e-bikes for the Danish market. However as there was no manager in Denmark, I took the managerial responsibilities as well. In my time at Bolt, I managed to work and achieve a lot: - Launched a micromobility solution in the capital city of Denmark, Copenhagen - Turned an outsourced Odense department into an inhouse business - Reduced a scooter backlog of 458 into a 0. - Increased the city standard of having 15%-40% active scooters on the streets into a 90%-95% standard. - Set up 2 warehouses. Eekhoorn educates professional advisers and helps public organizations to develop their financial management within the organization so that they can reach their goals and unleash their full potential. In my time as a student assistant I was hired for a specific project with the Gribskov municipality, where the financial management had to be restructured and change, so that it was based on task solving instead of segments within the municipality. As a student assistant, I got a lot of responsibility, as I was given the task to analyze and restructure the financial management of 3 segments within the organisation. The end result was a financial management script book for the employees together with a new structured financial management excel sheet. The three segments I was working with were the department of Infrastructure & Environment, Culture, Spare time & Turisme, and Youth & Education.
