  • Carry out 1.5 Km Major Overhaul Maintenance activities of the Rolling Stock • Assist the Rolling Stock Engineering and team leader to carry out the maintenance activities. Creating technical investigation and complications of technical and performance reports. • Ensuring the quality of maintenance work by undertaking in-process and /or post-maintenance inspection and audit, review of work orders and completing paperwork • Creating and closing of work orders, Booking and Returning of materials from stores a part of maintenance in the MMS (MAXIMO) ERP system. • Performing train inbound and outbound movement of the train by coordinating with the Depot controller and engineering controller. Monitoring of all safety-critical Equipment and reporting faults to Team Leader/Engineer • Carrying Out the function Test and on-board Test of equipment like TCU, APS, BCU, VAC, Smokedetectors ,Auto couplers, Obstacle detectors, Aur compressor, Air Dryer. • Various Height measurements and Adjustments after wheel Profiling • Monitoring & Rectifying of TCMS fault log and event recorder if any fault occurs, in the Mainline or during the Test Track. • Available for on- call responsibilities. Monitoring Train Wheel (Dia, Wheel base, Profiling,Flange Thick width) using Calipri Decives. • Performing Annual Wheel profiling feet-wide wheel measurements in underlfoor wheel lathe. • Having great knowledge about wheel dismounting and Mounting Gear Dismounting and Mounting Gear Assembly and Disassembly, Bogie assembly and disassembly etc. • Operations of CNC machines like Rafamet (Wheel lathe). Hegenscheidt (Underfloor Wheel Lathe). and Danobat ( Vertical Hub Boring) and BBM (Wheel Press). Show less
