Soon after my last semester final, I started off my career journey as an intern with JH International, a 360° computer solution providing company where I performed different types of marketing & sales activities especially managing customer relationships & clients' services. In that role, a major accomplishment I'm most proud of was that I was able to reduce the time spent on tracking & communicating with previous clients by developing an Excel Model which automated a digital database of clients, their computer needs, and the possible time when to communicate them. This resulted in a time-saving but more effective way of managing the good working relationships with valuable clients which in turn helps the company in analyzing the effectiveness of its promotional activities.
