AJ has been a joy to mentor, from day one I could tell he has that determination and fire that can not be taught. AJ's determination to always learn and improve is what makes him such a good artist, he will always find a way to complete any task given to him, and thats why he is always improving as an artist. Also, his ability to spot stuff that most would miss is incredibly impressive, to the point where he became my main source for feedback because he can spot stuff most would miss. Lastly, AJ is hard working, but he dont just work hard he works smart, if I owned a studio I would employ AJ in a heartbeat.
