  Established the complete laboratory to perform various quality control tests required according to AASHTO, ASTM and ACI, different type of concrete mix designs have been prepared for different classes of concrete. Prepared mix designs of Asphalt and concrete for Base,Binder and wearing course. Various tests have been conducted to control the quality of work which includes,soil,steel,concrete,asphalt,pipes,guard rails,aggregates,rubber,bearing pads,etc.I possess valuable experience in the design and execution of Asphalt Concrete Mixes using Polymer Modified Bitumen of Different Manufacturer.
