Nordisk Perlite is the leading supplier of filter aids in Europe. Filter aids are used in industrial processing of fluids where purification and removal of solids is required. As one of the world's few perlite producers, NP is also able to produce functional light-weight fillers in the shape of tiny glass bubbles. These can be used in applications where a material needs to be made lighter and smoother. Finally, NP makes perlite for soil improvement and for insulation of buildings. I am responsible for a large portfolio of customers within the Nordics, UK and France as well as managing relationships with distributors in these regions.
