 Effectively communicating with Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders and other contract modifications, approvals, and any additional services-related to billing.  Reviewing and approving overhead charges to be applied to a project.  Investigating project variances and submit variance reports to management.  Preparing final invoice package containing draft and final invoices for all billable projects, including all applicable backup for approval by the Finance Manager.  Research any unbilled issues to optimize the billing possibilities for the billing period.  Maintaining the billing folders for all projects, with all the appropriate documents, including expenses, consultant invoices, and monthly invoices, in accordance with standard procedures.  Generating and distributing bi-monthly receivables reports and monthly profitability reports.  Confer with receivables staff regarding unpaid contract billings  Monthly analyze the P & L accounts, as assigned by the Finance Manager.  Recommending and implementing agreed process improvements to the billing cycle.  Prepare special project analyses for the PMs and others.  Report on project profitability to management  Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects  Approve the write-off of any project-related billings that cannot be billed to or collected from customers  Close out project accounts upon project completion  Making job order in the accounting system and pulling the report for the billing to compare it with actual site work report submitted by site engineer.  Supervising accounts payable team ( Vendor reconciliation, payment, bank transfer, payroll, LC, LG, )  Preparing cash flow statement on monthly basis, assisting Finance Manager in month and year end closing of financial.
