  1. Support the Lab Manager by ensuring smooth operation and coordination of all laboratory activities relating to LRM coordination, color matching, sample preparation and lab dyeing machines operations, on shift and during shift handovers. 2. Ensure a high level of safety awareness is maintained at all time and take steps to eliminate all risk factors and potential hazards.Ensure compliance with 5S housekeeping 3. ensure optimum allocation of resources (people and machinery) during shift. Monitor team workload and workflow to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness and identify gaps in technical capability. 4. Monitor laboratory KPI performance and recommend and/or implement action leading to performance improvement where necessary. 5. Efficient logging and management of all laboratory workload using CF2000E Lab Request Manager Software in line with global SOPs. Drive continual improvement (reduction) in dyeing attempts per request for DTM, Sample Order, BRI and BRD laboratory requests. 6. Work with bulk dye house team to ensure that the highest levels of lab to bulk reproducibility are maintained.
