I would like to take this opportunity to thank and appreciate David and his team from Asia Ability in supporting us in conducting our virtual team building sessions across all the different functions. As I am writing this, we are about to start our session with our South Operations team. I have received awesome feedback from all the earlier teams who have attended his sessions and they have truly enjoyed themselves. What I really like was that the teams managed to catch up with their colleagues on a lighter moment. To me this was important, as the last 18 months have been tough for all with some of us working hard at the front lines whilst some of us are working from home. Though the sessions were virtual, we all had fun and great interaction. Constantly challenging me to step out of my comfort zone and discovering my potential. His methods of advice and providing feedback is something other Bosses rarely (almost never) do, which is constructive feedback.
