I have known Ashwin for many years and have seen him continually progress over those years. We completed the Pharmacy program at the University of Toronto together and have remained in contact in the years since. I have turned to him for business and pharmacy practice advice on multiple occasions. Ashwin has an insatiable need to learn and to collaborate, constantly updating his skills and knowledge. He networks with others out of a genuine interest in people and the ideas they have to share. I am always surprised at all the innovative people he collaborates with on a regular basis. As a fellow pharmacist and entrepreneur, I highly value Ashwin’s insights and expertise. He is knowledgeable in pharmacy practice, pharmacy innovation, technology, policy, marketing and market analysis. He is always up to date on the competitive landscapes of multiple intersecting industries. I always come away from our conversations with a handful of new ideas that need exploration, and usually a few insightful articles or handy resources that he has shared with me. I really appreciate the way that he challenges my ideas in a non-threatening way that forces me outside of my current level of understanding. I think that anyone who knows him would find him to be a highly intelligent, cooperative individual, with a humility that disguises a great depth of wisdom and expertise. I would confidently recommend him for a variety of positions including pharmacy innovation, policy development, or as a business strategy consultant.
