From there i got an opportunity to attend "BASICS IN FLOUR MILLING SHORT TERM COURSE" conducted by International school of milling technology ,CFTRI-MYSORE. As a management trainee took part in understanding the process and assisting the milling operations. Effectively took part in all departmental task starting from wheat intake, pre cleaning, First and second tempering stages to the milling and final finished goods.
