Succeeded in giving a comprehensive review about the Indian automotive industry, potential automotive startups, and research funding methods which helped QSO discover potential partners and clients. Student Intern (Smart Factory Project)

The project involved the Smart Battery Management of the AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) that worked in the factory of Daimler at Sindelfingen. We succeeded in identifying relevant KPIs (current, voltage etc.) for the batteries in Automated Guided Vehicles, and conducted a comprehensive analysis of the same. Consequently, helped our team think towards a predicitive maintenance model. Another auxiliary task at hand was for my colleague and I to create a means of transferring this data collected from each AGV to Daimler's main database server as all of these AGVs did not communicate with the same standard, due to the fact that all the AGVs did not belong to the same supplier. This required us to use Python for programming purposes and the MQTT protocol in order to transfer the data. The project was a part of Daimler's Industry 4.0 initiative. Show less

Worked as a student assistant for the Institut für Technische Mechanik of the KIT. The job involved editing (compiling references and checking for incorrect citations) an IRTG (International Research Training Group) book which was based on fiber reinforced polymers.

Teaching Assistant

Worked as a tutor for the subjects of Engineering Mechanics I and II in my second year of studies. It counted as a student assistant (HiWi) job under the Institut für Technische Mechanik of the KIT. I was in charge of a group of 9 students from the lower batch. I had the responsibility of correcting their homework assignments, conducting oral colloquiums and giving a summary of the relevant topics on a weekly basis.
