Stayug is an e-commerce startup that offers stationery items for students. We pitched this idea to 36 angel investors and venture capitalists as well as IIM Kashipur. Solving this ambiguous problem was not easy we faced many challenges to make it to the finish line. Created wireframes on Figma and ran sprints to reach the goal. I conducted user research via a Google form and collected 450 responses, as well as conducted 20 interviews with users, analyzed all data discussed with the engineering team, and created a user-centric platform. Worked with the marketing and engineering team tirelessly, we added new features and designs very carefully to make a great UX. Show less
