Closing Manager
-
May 2020 - Feb 2021
I am the person in charge after the General Manager and Assistant Manager leaves after lunch each day. I tend to the register when we close, ensuring deposit slips and transactions are taking care of. I also prep and slice the meat and cheese needed for the next day as well as, baking all necessary bread. My main responsibility is to ensure the store is at "closing standards" before proceeding with ending the shift for the night.

Sampler
-
Mar 2020 - Feb 2021
I employ guerrilla marketing tactics to help promote sells at our store. I prep around 40 miniature versions of our classic sub sandwiches each morning before getting ready to start with my marketing. I then map out which local business I want to target and make the drive over. Whenever I arrive, I pass out free sandwiches to people working that day a long with a menu and tell them any current deals we have or remind them that we do deliver to their work location. Guerrilla marketing helps us to locate new customers in our area while also ensuring we are taking care of our most loyal customers by giving back every chance we can get. Show less
