While I'm sad to see Ash return to NZ I'm thrilled that she is making the move that is right for her and her family. Even though Ash only worked for us for 8 months she added a tremendous amount of value and quickly became one of the team. Ash has a real 'can do' attitude - her bubbly personality was infectious. Ash showed lots of initiative - you could just give her a task and know that it would be done to a really high standard. Lots of fun, diligent and super organised Ash you will be missed but our loss is NZ's gain!

If I have to describe Ashrita in 3 words it would be: Dedicated, resourceful and warm. Ashrita joined Savvy with no experience in recruitment but she took her new role seriously, put in the hours and effort to learn the ins and outs of the job and company. As a consultant, it is a regular occurrence to face rejections and bad news, Ashrita would get back up time after time and was never defeated. She took the time to understand her candidates and in return they respect and love her. I am sad to see Ashrita go but Robert Frost once said - Nothing Gold Can Stay. Whatever she chooses to do next, I know she will excel in it.
