  I am working full-time at VOIS Cyprus since October 2018, I started as a volunteer in the media team, then I became a board member and Head of the Mental Health Team in 2019. In November 2020, I became the Executive Head of VOIS Cyprus and Chair of the Board. Throughout my time in VOIS and my various roles particularly leadership ones, I have developed various skills. Recruitment, developing of inventories and organizational management are skills I developed as they are part of my direct responsibility as the executive head, and I worked extensively with the human resources team to find talent and on recruitment. I have worked with other board members to apply for 3 grants funded by the European Union, all 3 grants were accepted and I directly managed two of the projects that resulted from these grants, from that I gained extensive experience in project writing and project management. I have worked also on extensive projects, campaigns and events throughout my time and have significant experience and skill in event and campaign organization. Under my leadership I have developed a large number of people who went to either serve leadership roles inside VOIS or outside, I also led a restructuring inside VOIS that led to increased productivity and harmony between the teams/departments of volunteers, this gained me extensive experience in personnel development and organizational development. Since VOIS is a human rights Civil Society Organization, my responsibility included many times advocacy and lobbying, through meetings with authorities, stakeholders, and other ways, from this I gained major experience in networking, lobbying and advocacy.   I have been a freelance graphic designer since 2015, my expertise is based in data-visualization and infographics however I also have significant experience designing flyers, banners, posters, cards and print design as well as branding, with limited experience in logos, video editing and 3D work. I have been working with MO’craddle Group since 2019 as a graphic designer, I make flyers on a weekly basis for events and concerts. I have also helped in branding a new bakery product that can now be found in markets.
