Responsible for a team of ERP supply chain business analysts and developers. Managing and monitoring the design and deployment life cycle of ERP application on the level of MENA Region. Managing and monitoring the design and deployment life cycle of ERP application on the level of MENA Region. Participate in designing infrastructure strategy, architecture, business processes, scaling and workforce management. Successfully completed full implementation of supply chain modules (Inventory, Purchasing, iSupplier and Order Management) using Oracle EBS R12 in: 1. Saudi-German Hospitals Egypt. 2. Saudi-German Hospitals in KSA 3. Megamind in KSA and Egypt Features: a. Standard implementation of core supply chain modules in addition to iSupplier. b. Developed a workaround to manipulate the company projects without a need to implement oracle project modules, this led to a reduction in the cost of the implementation and provided item cost segregation as per the business need. c. Utilized the advanced buyer work center to create RFI, auctions, bids and communicate with suppliers. d. Applied auto awarding system to award the quote that meet the company requirements. e. Applied back-2-back and drop-shipment methods to control purchases of customers sales orders. f. The standard back-2-back and drop-shipment are not working with expense items so, I personally developed a custom function to manipulate expense materials the same way as inventory materials. g. Utilized the customer acceptance feature to defer the sales order interfacing with the AR until receiving the customer acceptance h. Fixed the old implementation in Cairo branch implementing security rules, automate replenishment, review, and enhance the integration between the HIS (Health Information System) i. New full supply chain implementation in Alexandria. j. Utilized the consigned inventory features. k. Utilized min-max planning method to automate replenishment. l.
