Capacity building of Partner’s accountant in terms of Fiance and accounting and documentation. Timely deposit professional tax of employees to Bihar Sales Tax department. Responsible for office assets/equipment purchase through procurement Committee and assets and staff insurance and renewals Responsible for logistic arrangement for workshop, meeting, training, donor visit etc. Coordinating all administrative arrangements like office car, bikes, security guard and building maintenance, AMC, maintaining and controlling a network with external suppliers and contractors. Day to day office administration work and report share with country director and other core senior staff member.
