Keith Carlson

Ashna worked with us to provide project and change management support. The project Ashna managed ran across a number of areas in our financial services division, including process and systems review and implementation, and better delivery of management information. Ashna was great at managing the project, from start to finish, identifying and capturing the business requirements in an initiation document and then running the project through to completion. Ashna was disciplined in keeping the project on track to a tight deadline, communicating well with all stakeholders, and reporting progress into the management team. The project was a success, delivering business efficiencies and better MI in line with requirements, and on time.

Ashna has a great head for complex operational situations. She’s fantastic to work with - the difficult stuff gets easier when she’s around .
