Camp New Heights

Each summer there are hand-pick 35 godly, hard-working and dedicated college students who love God and love people. Many of them have been campers themselves and want to make a difference in the next generation of campers. Our summer camp staffers work 14-hour days in which they lead, serve, teach, clean, counsel, do crazy skits, wash dishes—whatever’s needed to make summer camp an awesome experience for everyone else. Most important, they’re here to build relationships and help campers focus on big truths that will change their lives.

Middle School Youth Director

Responsible for all of the student ministry activities, teaching, and community groups. He will be the primary overseer of middle school, high school, and college ministries. The church is in prime position with the scheduled construction of new facilities dedicated primarily to the Student Ministries to see significant growth and development of its student ministries. The Student Pastor is expected to think strategically about organizational growth without sacrificing personal touch and caring for the students, staff, and volunteers. The Student Ministry is in a time of transition, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and mold it within the broader vision of the church. Additionally, the Student Pastor occupies a seat at the executive leadership table and will help shape the implementation of the vision of the church. The church desires to see the student ministry grow and serve not only inside the church, but also out in their community together.
