Having Ashley Wheeler as a direct manager was one of the best (sadly briefest) experiences I've had the pleasure of having. From day one, she came in with a comprehensive brand strategy inclusive of above + below the line marketing. She knew how to effectively grow marketing programs that balanced our business objectives and cultural impact. Because of her freakishly extensive forward thinking, she always knew what was coming, and how to help her team be properly act on it when it came to pass. She is a thinker, but more importantly, she is a doer. She will see a project from inception straight through to execution, and it's because of her follow through, that her work is so seamless and well-integrated. She is also one of the warmest, most emotionally intelligent individuals I've had the good fortune to meet, and to now call a dear friend. Any organization smart enough to work with, will instantly be better for it. Thank me later!

She made herself available to anyone that needed help- even those not directly managed by her. Ashley went above and beyond her RMM job description and took on responsibilities typically handled by more senior marketing leadership.
