I've had the privilege of working with Ashley in many capacities for the last ten years. No matter the project, scope of work or environment, she comes to the table with curiosity, a deep commitment to excellence and willingness to not only think big, but do the work necessary to achieve progress. Over the course of our partnerships, she's navigated change in an organization with decades of institutional history, helped sharpen vision and focus for new initiatives and was a chief collaborator building a startup with little industry experience. Regardless of sector, she leads with purpose and is committed to driving revenue and maximizing impact. Her track record is full of wins, but what's not shown is the work she does behind the scenes to set those around her up for success. Her approach to leadership will elevate any team lucky enough to have her lead and she will move the needle in whatever area she's called to work.

I write this in the midst of a global pandemic, and social distancing - two circumstances that make it difficult for any social organization to operate, let alone thrive. Despite those challenges, Ashley and her team were able to effectively transition their annual conference, seemingly overnight, to a virtual event; which managed to educate, inspire, and connect nearly 1,000 professionals. With the novelty of this technology, that's not an easy task. What I've come to realize is that Ashley is the type of professional who makes the hard stuff look easy, and it was a privilege to work with her as their keynote speaker.
