Ashley was a great colleague to work with who was trustworthy, hard working and reliable. She was the junior most member of my team as graduate assisstant alongside several others and clearly showed her team work spirit as well as respect for diverse opinions. She worked on complex and valuable projects related to student attendance, engagement, curriculum framework, university assessment and learning space. She has project management, analytical and research skills that are extremely valuable in any fast paced organisation. Ashley’s can do attitude was admirable and I strongly believe she would pursue an illustrious career. I wish her all the best.

Working in a specialist equestrian facility as part of a small team of 10. We were tasked with the care and fitness of a herd of 60 horses, as well as general maintenance and organisation of the working environment. As this facility was located at a summer camp, I was also tasked with teaching children of all abilities between the ages of 7-16, as well as ensuring their safety at all times. Working on a diverse collection of tasks which required adaptability in order to meet various deadlines within a university setting. My proudest achievement so far would be producing a formal report evaluating the assessment and feedback on a BA (Hons) course, published in the University journal. This involved a focus group with students as well as a presentation of our findings to the course team.
