My responsibilities were to maintain contact information on over 120 Board members, research, gather and produce market profile reports, ran statistical reports to educate business owners looking to enter a certain geographic area and target market as to the profitable of business venture, developed a system to gather pertinent member information on over 2,100 members and published the Chamber Membership Directory and Industrial Directory. I was also responsible for statistical reports in Excel for unemployment, cost of living, utilities, flights, home sales and construction to educate potential businesses and residents to the stability of the local economy and to analyze patterns of growth. As Resource Desk Coordinator I had the opportunity to market the community to potential residents looking for information on the area and its resources. I also assisted with certificates of origin for overseas shipments resulting in increased exports and imports to Alabama.

As the Young Adult and Outreach Coordinator I lead the ministries for Young Married, Singles and College Ministry for 1000+ individuals. I also created multiple statistical church databases to analyze and predict patterns and trends in church growth and assisted in setting future goals to maintain the health of the church body. I also developed and produced training DVD to train leadership in outreach and church growth. In addition I supervised full time Church Growth Assistant, implemented church wide computer automated Child Protection Check In System for 1500+ children and trained 500+ parents and volunteers on policies and proper use of the system, organized and planned 150+ events annually and created all marketing and used social media for events, and developed and executed community outreach projects. I also organized and recruited team of 100+ greeters and Welcome Station volunteers and lead the College Leadership Team.
