Provo, Utah Area As the organization grew we brought specialized team members on to oversee the call center, practice operations and the finance team. My job slowly shifted away from overseeing centralized operations to building a Human Resources team that could assist the rapidly growing company. Here are a few of my responsibilities during this time: * Implementing and facilitating company benefits * Laying the groundwork for centralized recruiting * Maintaining payroll, HR and independent contractor compliance * Coaching and leadership training to middle management * Developing a process for performance evaluation * Development of a formal onboarding process for new team members We also started to really focus on evangelizing and communicating the core values and culture of the company. This was an amazing project, I was so proud to be a part of. My responsibilities included: * Worked with leadership to develop and communicate core values * Coaching and training to culture * Hiring to culture * Assisted in a company-wide transformation towards the core values * Created onboarding gifts and merchandise to spread the message * Developed social media campaigns for employment branding
